    Pre-Design Phase

During this phase we engage with clients to  set the right expectations. This is the time to bring clarity to the needs and requirements and to draw up a brief. During this phase we bring clarity to services, program, timelines and cost.

    Ideation and Conceptualisation

This is the heart of Creo’s functioning. This behind-the-curtains rehearsal for us, is an exciting journey that we undertake within our studios to bring out the best fit for our clients. The process involves research, data gathering, ideation, inspiration, brainstorming, test fits and form studies before we arrive at the initial concept.

    Services Integration

We understand the critical dimension of our work of  bringing about ‘functional art’. Today’s best-built environments and products have great simplicity externally, though extremely complex internally at the services integration level. This is the left-brain part of our work that we undertake to bring rationale to the complexities of today’s technology driven environs.

    Design Documentation

The most time-consuming and demanding phase of our work is the meticulous documentation of what is already conceived. Here is where the rubber meets the road. Bringing about best in class working drawings involves coordination, checking, correcting and revision management which demand bulk of our time and effort.

    Implementation Phase

During this phase, we play the role of a ‘Sutradhar’, an Orchestra Conductor. Periodic inspection, selection of finishes, approval of samples and shop-drawings are few of the many tasks during this phase. Our deepest urge here is to see our creation unfold materially on ground.

    Closure Phase

Architect is the only service provider with the longest project-tenure exposure. This coupled with the enormity of services during the prior phases determines our fee.

During the closure phase we handhold other stakeholders in bringing project to a photo-finish closest to our visualisations in the Conceptual Phase.

The Phases indicated overlap at times or get sequenced differently based on project needs.
